Zero Shame Stories is Spacebear Media’s first podcast.
On November 9th, 2018, Lacy started a Facebook blog page called Zero Shame Forties as an homage to her shame-focused therapy which eventually led to the podcast.
The page is all about her. But the podcast is all about the people in her life. In season one, both friends and family agreed to sit down and talk to Lacy about their extraordinary lives.
ZSS was initially called ZSF: The Podcast. The name change is explained in episode 6
Mawwage was born from the interest of Lacy's followers in her marriage, in particular, non-monogamy.
She & Ben tackle all sorts of issues using examples from their life in this limited series (May 21, 2021 - Jan 31, 2022).
They get extremely personal when talking about emotional growth, middle-age, and all things marriage, including ethical non-monogamy.
Join them for frank discussion, terrible jokes, a little bit of learning, and a lot of hilarity!
LOST in my 40s is the third podcast from Spacebear Media!
Alongside Lacy & Ben are Christy & Derek, friends of each for over 20 years. It's a LOST tv show re-watch podcast with four middle-aged hosts, one of which has never seen the show!
